Chutney Mary is the perfect place for parties and special events such as weddings and corporate functions, with its:

    The bright and vibrant Upper Dining Room is tailor-made for private parties. Separated from the remainder of the restaurant by a sliding teak divider the room reflects the rich colours of modern India in a sophisticated, understated manner. The Upper Dining Room seats up to 24 or takes 50 standing. Alternatively the Club Section in the lower restaurant area can be sectioned off to take larger parties of up to 50 guests in the evening.

    For larger functions the whole restaurant is available for use on weekday lunchtimes.

    Private party menus range in price from £26 to £38 per head. These menus will suit all tastes and take guests on a gourmet trail of India.

    We are also happy to discuss any requests such as modifying the menu to satisfy a non-spice diet. In addition during December we also offer specific European options provided we have advance notice.
    Confirmation of a booking requires a deposit, which will be adjusted against the final cost of the meal. For exclusive use of the Upper Dining Room or any other part of the restaurant, there will be an appropriate minimum deposit.

    Weddings

    We are an unusual and exclusive venue for one of the most important days in a person's life.

    We have a marriage licence so couples can spend their whole day in one beautiful location.

    In order that couples can relax and enjoy their most important day we can take the pressure off by arranging details including wedding cakes, photography, flower arrangements and entertainment.

     

    Corporate Venue


    Chutney Mary is an unusual and professional corporate venue, hosting meetings, training sessions, and fashion shows.

    The main restaurant seats up 70 for a theatre style meeting or presentation with lunch. For a half day meeting without lunch we can accommodate 120 theatre style. The private dining room is an ideal space for board meetings, AGM’s or small training sessions of up to 14 people. A day delegate rate of £50 per person includes a working lunch, three tea/coffee breaks, stationery and wireless access.

    Product launches, presentations and press briefings can be held both on an intimate scale in the private or on a larger scale in the main restaurant.

    The event will be delivered with real thought and attention to detail. Guests will be well looked after and will be able to relax in the surrounds of a beautiful and professional venue.
