New Autumn Menu & Diwali Season

As the warm weather recedes and we move toward autumn, we will be offering special new dishes prepared for the coming season, including Diwali, on 1st November.

 

Special new Ghevar Chaat makes an entry, a savoury version of the famous Rajashtani sweet. Light honeycomb crisp confection topped with salad and airy yoghurt foam.

Some great new curries - the White Royal Jodhpur Chicken Curry, served with black rice. Safed Maas.

A vegetarian Aloo Bukhara Kofta Curry is stuffed with Himalayan plums.

And the Kashmiri Pulao Rice containing dried fruits and nuts, flavoured with saffron.

And of course special desserts for Diwali, including Daulat Ki Chaat. Daulat means wealth, the lightest and airiest milk foam ever in Lucknow and Benares - traditionally exposed to moonlight.
