Hyderabad Lamb Shank (pictured) - dum cooked for 6 hours, with coriander mash; Kerala Roast Chicken - marinated 24 hours with a special blend of garam masala, and aromatic Chicken Biryani from the princely state of Rampur.
Served warm, our gently spiced Ginger Bread & Butter Pudding feels both comforting and satisfying.
