With your support we have gratefully reached the venerable 35th year anniversary.
This January we dedicate our efforts to offer special value items on the menu with great emphasis on body-warming spices and ingredients.
Start with hot drinks from the Pukka Bar's Cocktail List... our Cinnamon and Ginger Hot Toddy and Citrus Spiced Mulled Wine is special. Of course we have the G' Old Fashioned, the Sloe Gin Negroni and a variety of Martinis as before.
Curried Chestnut Soup, served with chestnut bhajias, is a great new addition to our small plates selection. Other winter-inspired small plates to try: Crab & Seabream Fish Cake, Dabba Gosht - prepared with delicate winter spices - a Bombay speciality, and Baked Venison Samosa, with raspberry chutney.
Slow-cooked winter specials offer a wide choice from Pork Coorgi Style (pictured) with black spices, Rarra Gosht - boneless lamb, osso bucco, with Punjabi bhuna spices, and Venison Roghan Josh - Pennant Valley fallow deer in a robust sauce.
Vegetarian main courses feature new Paneer Pasanda in makhani sauce, as well as Mixed Veg Kofta, Malwani Style - cooked with crispy boondi.
